Best Med Pouch I've Used, Investing in More for Maritime Security Students
This is the second one of these I bought. I use this for work, I teach Maritime Security and there's been a huge debate about where a Med pouch / Blowout kit / IFAK should be placed on the body. Long story short, due to the Condor Rip-Away system being available, it really doesn't matter at this point where this is placed on the body, AS LONG AS it it in an accessible place (if you are wearing it on the body) and are able to unclip the clip, and rip it off the velcro. We're currently trying to order a bunch of the regular sized pouches, that's how much we like this system. I wear mine on a leg drop panel along with a couple M4 rifle mag pouches. The Lite Rip-Away pouch is perfect for me, because I hate how big the regular IFAKs are. I pretty much fit everything in my Lite pouch that I used to have in my regular sized one. There's velcro on the outside, so you can put patches on the front. Here's what I could fit in mine, (if you don't know how to use this stuff, then don't use it unless you want to risk a lawsuit): - 2 Chest seals (had to fold a bit, but if you don't have the cheap ones, they'll still stick just fine) - 1 TCCC card w/ rubber band attached - 1 NAR 6" ETD (Emergency Trauma Dressing) - 1 CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) - 1 Sharpie - 1 Roll of Combat Tape (Duck / Duct Tape about 1.5" wide, Roll is about 3/4 to 1" in Diameter - 1 NAR Decompression Needle for TPX (14 ga x 3.25") - 1 NPA w/ Lubricating Jelly (Nasopharyngeal Airway, Size 28) - 1 QuikClot Infused Combat Gauze XL (Z-Folded Hemostatic Dressing) - 2 H & H Compressed Gauze ("Sterile Crinkle Cotton Fluff Bandage Rolls" 4.5" x 4.1 yards stretched) - 1 NAR Trauma Sheers (They fit in the MOLLE on the side, outside of this) Bottom Line - I can fit a ton of medical supplies in here. Two of the guys I work with are TCCC Instructor qualified through the Marines, and they rave about these too. Really great design, and sturdy also. Just as you would expect from Condor. Pics are soon to follow. Hope this helps! -CL

Perfect first aid kit
So I received my EMT lite today and it arrived very quickly, in good shape, and is just what I was looking for. Well made with good stitching throughout. The zippers are not the best but are durable none the less. the elastic webbing inside is not very elasticy( if that is a word lol) but it will serve its function just fine. I purchased this kit to go inside my edc as a way to section off a first aid kit that I can have in my edc bag but be able to remove for easy access. It holds lots of stuff but not too much as it is the lite version. I did not want a full emt bag so this one fits the bill. i\It holds lots of the basic first aid items that are always handy to have from band aids to ace wraps. Nice bag for the money in the end.

Smallest, light weight, rip away personal medkit. Great product
This is probably the best option for a solo medkit. Others are bigger and better for multiple people, but unless you're a trained emt you should keep it simple. The medkit is small enough to not be a burden on my rig but packed full where I am confident it has everything I'll need. I combined a 4pack of wound seal, a trauma kit, a tourniquet and basic supplies from a pharmacy to create this personal kit as well as left over supplies to make a larger group kit. Listed is everything I've fit into it: Quick Clot clotting sponge 3.5"x3.5", sterile sponge 4"x4", roll of gauze, roll of bandage, roll of medical tape, antiseptic wash & patches, 4pack of Wound Seal, painkillers, half dozen tampons for bullet knife or shrapnel wounds, gloves, medical scissors and the Recon Medical tourniquet rubberbanded on the exterior strap. I'm still looking to add non-toxic super glue. The straps and loops on the inside hold everything well. Overall I'm very pleased with the product. Great for peace of mind.

Pretty good rip away IFAK
Budget high quality IFAK belt pouch. Has a nice buckle that keeps it from opening unless you unsnap it. It also has a hook handle that you can grab to pull it off of the velcro backer panel that stays on your belt when you rip the kit off the belt. So you can put this middle of your back to reach it either hand unclip it, grab the handle and pull. It fits a good amount of medical contents and is made of high quality material that has not shown any to little wear a couple years of mild use later. It's a good design and functions great. The pockets on the inside make it easy to organize all of your medical gear nicely.

Great quality with a surprisingly large amount of space
Super happy with this pack. The material is strong yet supple. The stitching is good quality and craftsmanship. The buckle and straps are high quality. The inside compartments offer plenty of space for all my first aid supplies including a tourniquet, compression bandage, sling, emergency blanket, latex gloves, scissors, tape, bandages and first aid ointment. The overall weight fully loaded is less than 500g. Don’t be fooled by the “small size” of this “lite” pack. It has a lot of space and is more than sufficient for a weekend day hike or weekend camping trip.

perfect for photographers and techies
I am no EMT but this bag is perfect for attaching to EDC and staying organized while having mobility and added functionality. This bag holds a generous amount of stuff and is made decently enough. It is a simple concept that works great. I have two of them and in one I carry my lens cleaning kits, battery charger, memory card holder, sd card reader, spare batteries and cleaning clothes for photography. In my other I carry my surface pro charger, cell phone charger cable, external hard drive, and other miscellaneous electronic needs. The ability to attach to any molle or pals field and then rip away and use and then put back, makes this one of the best attachments to buy for EDC and for keeping your sanity.

Tough material, good zippers. Good Velcro

Excellent bag, plenty of elastic to hold supplies in place and a sleeve for things such as plasters. Right size for basic 1st aid kit for 1 or 2 people, would need the large emt pouch if its for a groups 1st aid or you want a trauma kit in there as well.

Top bit of kit, well made and just the right size for a personal first aid kit. If you've used maxpedition its of similar quality at a better price.

Ottimo prodotto, capiente e versatile. All'interno trovano facilmente posto una benda israeliana, tourniquet, 4 pacchi di garze, valvola pneumotorace, forbici di medie dimensioni per tagliare gli abiti, rotolo per bendaggio e due cyalume. Forse un po' troppo caro.
