Better magnesium
I changed my usual magnesium for this a few months ago when my usual one was out of stock, what a difference it had made to my sleep. I never got a night's sleep before and had accepted the fact I wasn't going to sleep as I hadn't for years but this magnesium has gave me a new routine, I go to bed and I sleep for at least 6-7 hours. Good value too.

Didn't improve my sleep or fatigue or cramps or palpitations, all of which are claimed to improve with magnesium, although it seems to work well with some buyers.
