Pso-Spine

After getting hit from behind by a large truck on the freeway, I find myself having back pain every day after I drive on freeway. Its the stress of driving that causes my pain. The pain will always occur in stressful high traffic situations now. If something similar has happened to you, you know this pain. There are knots on both left and right side of the spine anywhere from mid back to lower back. Husband referred to it as very tight rubber band. Next day after driving I feel like someone hit my back with a baseball bat. Only professional physical therapist or cupping could loosen or rid the knots that form if I can continue to pay for that service. I found this on Amazon. Its a bit steep price, but its worth every penny because: 1. Works on different body types whether you are boney or thick, works on small frame adults or big frame adults. 2. Its made in USA with plastic that is durable, with no sharp finished edges. No weird odor. 3. Works so well next to my spine to take out knots. I put a pillow between sofa and this item, then lean back into it as I sit and watch tv. I put this in vertical position with my spine in center. I can easily move it up or lower on my back to work on lower back or mid back. I move my back from side to side slightly to massage into the rounded edges and I hear snap sounds of the knots getting smoothed out. WHAT a RELIEF! Feels good because its hitting the right places deep where other tools couldn't go there. Last night after using it for 20 minutes, I slept so well. I woke up refreshed with no pain. And I can stand straight again. Do not let the shape or size fool you. It fits the back! You provide the location and the pressure yourself which is safer. I do not lay onto the floor with it. Device is very stiff and hard. I also now put it on my office chair and use it while I work at my desk. 4. I searched and tried many devices both electrical massagers and tools, but none was the exact narrow pusher I needed to get into a narrow location next to my spine.

This is a really nice tool. It fits between my shoulder blades which is why I bought it. My chiropractor doesn't have this tool and it really works well when my dorsals are anterior. It works nicely on the muscles of my hips as well.

You know, people ask why this little piece of plastic is so expensive. It’s because it works exactly like it should. And it’s probably patented. And there is research and development involved. I have been using the regular psi rite for several years. I ended up purchasing the neck version a year or two ago. However, I don’t know why I just avoided this one. Having back and neck issues, hip issues, and some scoliosis, I should’ve known better. Because the neck and regular version do such a fine job. And the regular pso rite can be used in many many different ways. It’s hard to believe that this will provide the relief and pressure points and alignment that you want, because it looks so simple. Don’t let the simplicity deceive you. And whoever is running the Instagram account is really a top class act. I had mentioned that I work at a high school with athletes. And he sent three or four pso rite tools for the students at Montebello High school. I gave two to the football team, one to the basketball, and and one to the cross country coach. And I gave them some basic demonstrations as well as the Instagram account. They were so appreciative. And it shows me that this guy is not all about profits but about helping people feel better, recover, and stay injury free.

I am a proud owner of the original Pso-Rite and figured that I could not go wrong with giving this product a try. It's not bad...but I believe that it could be so much better. I do find that it works well in my upper back and also very low into my lower back, just above my sacrum. I just find it to be a little short and a little low for my body type. I am not a big guy (5'9" 185 lbs.) but I do have a pretty well developed back. I feel that I would benefit from a longer model, with higher ridges. I also believe that adding a little bit of a concave curvature to the design would make it more effective. I will hold onto this thing and continue to experiment with it...hoping to see some future design changes. I think the potential is huge.

I have been struggling with upper middle back pain for few years. I used few tools but the stiffness and pain have never gone away. Massage helps once a while but it comes back. I just got this tool this morning. Tried it immediately with desperation. I felt so good. I have been on this and move my back around few times today. I have never felt so good for a long time. The pain and stiffness is not totally gone yet but I can see more I use every day it will definitely help my upper back and it will get better. Thank you for making this tool. The money well worth it. I have already ordered another shape.

This product is intense, so you might want to use it lying in bed when you begin. I worked on my back for a few minutes, and it’s a painful experience when you have a muscle spasm problem! But let me tell you, this is a miracle. I have been trying to loosen my upper back for years. I tried this, then I took my usual muscle relaxer and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, i stretched my neck barely at all, and my upper back cracked deeply in four places. I was high on the euphoria for hours. I also used this under my buttock (set to the side, NOT under my back) to release muscle spasm and the piriformis to alleviate my sciatica. Absolutely incredible. I think the price is much too high for a piece of strong plastic, but at the same time, I’d pay it again.

I found this product to be less effective than a good foam roller or firm ball. There are other devices out there that are better at providing traction. I think the Pso-rite is a more legit product from this company. This back tool just didn't seem useful to me.

I have the pso-rite and this one is my preferred piece of equipment for relaxing my back and spine. also great for getting into your shoulders

only draw back that you need to go and research how to use this product, they are a good insta account that is very supportive.

Ziemlich überteuert, ist ja nur aus Plastik. Man muss aber schon sagen dass das Teil Verspannungen sehr gut lösen kann. Ist nur bisschen unangenehm darauf zu liegen. Danach fühlt man sich aber besser. Aber, soweit ich weiß gibt es keine ähnliche Produkte also man hat leider keine andere Alternativen.

Fantastic usability and capable of very deep hard massage.

Had a pso rite that I was sceptical and used, but it is now used during every warmup for my powerlifting. I wanted to help work on my back and figured I would give this a try. Very useful and helpful too!
