So far so good. Amazing for what I wanted, which was light groundballs and pop flies in the back yard. Perfect for that purpose. Easy to set up and seems sturdy. Only semi negative thing to say is that it can be loud with vibrations if you don't use sandbags on the legs.

When you consider the low cost of this machine the performance is really good. Wirh a little bit of fine tuning and stabilizing the stand better, real baseballs can be pitched very accurately at good speed from around 40 feet.

Horrible product sent it back the same day I used it….. Not very accurate, very loud and noisy very dusty…. and I had to read a PDF to find out you cannot use certain baseballs…. you also have to take it apart and fill it full of air and adjust it….. not very friendly. Customer service was atrocious….. the whole return has been nothing but a headache and now they hit me with a $22 change restocking fee…..

The machine does its job and shoots baseballs out. The mechanism that locks the swivel in place is not well made so you have about an inch or so of swing in all directions, as you start to fire balls farther way that inch turns into many feet. The motor needs about 4-5 seconds to spool back up after firing a baseball so plan your defense drills accordingly. Outside of the downfalls I have stated above, it shoots baseballs pretty fast and can be used for flyballs or ground balls. I recommend the not included feeder, it is programmed to feed balls after enough time has passed to allow the motor to have gotten back up to the desired speed.

I bought this for my grandson and he loves it. His dad, my son raves about it. Great for kids and little league. Shoots balls in the air to have a great game of catch. It does throw a small curve. My son says his team and kids use it as well and they love it. Not for those out of little league but you could still play catch. Great tool for kids and the only hang up was there is no loader for many balls but, I understand you can buy one.

It is a good product. It does exactly as it states. Works great for fielding and batting. I bought for my grandson to use in his trading, but my granddaughter also uses for tennis.

This is my second one. It only last about a year. Worked great until shaft broke on the first one and a wire got disconnected on my second one.

Great to help my 11 yr old with batting practice, just as good as going to the batting cages.

It was fabulous and my soon to be 16 year old loved it and used it lots. Today (August 5th, 2024) we were out using it and the wheel went wobbly. I tried taking apart to see but unsuccessful. I will do stove research to see if I can get the problem fixed. But we were very pleased with it until now that we can't use it.

The product seemed ok so I purchased it for my boys to use. Waited the week for it to arrive and with anticipation took it out of the box and set it up and plugged it in. To my surprise it would not turn on. Contacted Heater Sports representative and after trouble shooting they figured my machine had a bad motor. So can not review durability or longevity as we couldn’t even use it and sent it back. Initial reaction is poor as brand new out of the box it’s a dud.

Stopped working after 3 or 4 uses. Motor konked out. Gradually, the machine’s power got weaker and weaker until it finally just stopped working. Not sure if warranty will cover, but not worth the money.
