This book has given me good insights.I would recommend this book to anyone interested in managing a team really well especially a creative one or someone who is already working in a team and would like to collaborate at different and better level. I am going to read this book again for deeper insights and also I am going to read more summaries by the author. The book is the first I read by this author and I really enjoyed reading the summary thank you.
