This is the best thing for descaling your Keurig coffee maker since it is custom-suited to Keurig machines. It will not damage your machine and invalidate your warranty. Very easy to use. Nice to always be able to have fresh coffee not taste like old coffee. ;-)

Love I can get this quickly when my store is out. I like using what the manufacturer calls for and not a generic solution.

This works so well! The instructions were very clear and I followed them exactly. I've used one bottle of this descaler on my ~ 2 years old Keurig (which had tons of hard water scale built up). Now the tank is clean and the inner workings of the machine are functioning better-- the "fill water" light has even started working again now that its been descaled. I'll definitely start using this descaler once or twice a year- it was easy and very effective.

This product is designed for the Keurig coffee machine. Easy to use, but takes time to complete cleaning process. You must flush three times. You will notice that the brewing process is mush faster after completing the cleaning process.

Gave 1 star for flavor....don't even know why that rating is listed. Sure hope noone gets the idea to taste this descaler for it's flavor. This is my 2nd time purchasing this product. Needless to say I like it. It's a long process to clean the machine but it makes a difference. I don't wait for my machine descale light to come on. I just have my calendar marked to descale every 3 months. On the negative side there were no instructions in the package or on the bottles. However, I've done it enough times and remember the process. So, a first timer may think you're supposed to use the whole bottle... you definitely don't want to do that. One half bottle, 4 ounces, in your water chamber then fill with water to fill line and run machine until water chamber is empty. Rinse water chamber and fill with just water and run the entire chamber through; repeat this 3 more times. When finished you're ready to start brewing again. Long process but worth it.

Descale indicator lit up on our relatively new keurig (only several months old, we had an older model for many years and the indicator never lit up). I did not want to spend a small fortune on this solution and tried to descale a few times with vinegar to no avail. Finally broke down and bought this stuff. I was worried after reading reviews that it made their coffee taste funny or that it didn’t even work. I am happy to say that this solution did the charm and my coffee still tastes like coffee! I still think the price is ridiculous. But I guess I chose this life.

Our office Keurig had the "descale" button light up and I bought this to clean the machine. I had to watch a video on how to use it though. In the video, the narrator said if you peel back the label on the bottle, you will find directions there. I tried, but I have long nails and had a hard time doing that. Didn't seem to find the directions. Not a big deal, because like I said I found a very easy video to follow along. Process takes around an hour but simple.

There are many aftermarket products that claim to do the same thing at less than half the cost, but I really enjoy my K supreme plus brewer so I thought I would go with the OEM. The product arrived very quickly and as reported by Amazon. Excellent job there. The problem is with the instructions. They are in an inter-label that the user is supposed to peel back. I tried for about 20 minutes to peel the label apart and it would not budge. The whole label came off the bottle versus peeling back. There are no instructions on the outside label. I went to YouTube and there is a fancy Keurig video complete with a ukulele soundtrack that rapidly goes through the process. The end result was air bubbles in my Brewer and it shut itself off (no power). It’s in the process of resetting while I type this. I think it could’ve been avoided if the instructions would’ve been more accessible on the bottle.
