The touch function is brilliant
Absolutely love these! They heat up in no time at all and yes they turn off automatically after about 30 seconds of inactivity, but I think that's a massive plus... No more leaving the house and worrying if you've left them on!! When the straighteners do turn off, you just press the plates together and they are instantly hot and ready to use again. Some people have said this is a negative but I don't see it at all, they are so fast to heat! My hair feels super glossy and shiny after I've used them too. I've had GHDs for about 15 years and was nervous about making the switch, but I'm so glad I did!

Good overall
The product is good. Unfortunately, the temperature is not ideal for my wife’s hair. She needs something higher than 195 degrees. However, it’s easy to use. And the turn off after 30 sec not using is absolutely great feature.

No where in the product description does it say if you want to order to X country (for example me in the UAE) does it tell you that you do NOT get a warranty with the Cloud 9 straighteners. This person is a reseller and should inform its customers if they purchase, the warranty is non applicable.
