It works on low profile container and doesn't hit the bottom.
I bought a Low profile container so needed this for mixing. The qulity is great and does exactly what it suppose to do. No issue at all.

This is an actual Vitamix tamper. I thought it was just a knockoff but it's not, it's actually says Vitamix on it, and it's exactly the same as the one that came with my Vitamix. I'm so thankful I found it after I cracked my original one.
