No more drum wobble! I can wash again!
This was exactly what I needed to fix my washer. Everything in the description page set me up for the right product. Doing the actual work wasn't daunting at all. The strange thing was that I saw nothing wrong with the original parts. But when I put in this kit, the washer stopped banging around and spun like it should. It was better buying this kit rather than pay a service guy 10 times the cost to do it for me. Excellent price.

It fits well with Whirlpool suspension agitator.
It is easy to install and take less time once you have done it. The price is good and is durable as the other expensive parts if and only if you have it installed correctly. My brand new whirlpool washer wobbled and broke(failed the spinning cycle) after year and half of usage. I had technician to replace all four suspension rods but it broke again after a little more than a year. I replaced myself with better quality and expensive rods. It broke again after 1 year. I purchased this item and found out why it broke so quick. It was because the factory assembly and technician did not adjust the rod angle correctly that caused one suspension having less support or resistance than the others. When a load of weight shifts agitator to one side, it causes an unbalance spin and stops. I replaced two damaged rods with old good parts and adjust all rods facing the center or back facing the center of agitator. That was what I did to correct the problem and so far so good. Also the floor must be leveled and the clothes loading should be balanced. It will last longer.

Quick fix for an out of balance machine
Washing machine was bouncing out of control with every single load. My wife decided we needed a new machine and I found these. Took me about 15 minutes to install them and it's like we have a new washer again.

It has been 4 months now since use. The springs are holding up great. The difference is clear between these and cheapers options. The tub does not bounce anymore and holds well during rinse and spin cycles

I was holding off to write a review until a few months passed to make sure the repair was good, and I must say, this worked really well! It takes 2 people to replace the springs, but after watching a couple of youtubes about how to do it, it was very simple. We were thinking that this was it for our washing machine, but it was like a brand new washing machine after replacing these suspension rods.
