Nice, useful BP cuff
At first, the knob on the bulb was very stiff, which made it hard to control air release. It's fine after I used it for a couple of months. I really like that it's extra long and not extra wide. A lot of heavy people who need a "large" cuff in length are short and have short upper arms, so neither medium nor large cuffs fit them. This is the perfect solution for that.

Good quality product
I bought this cuff to use in EMS class this summer and hope to use it as I continue into nursing. From my limited knowledge of BP cuffs, I would say it is a good buy. It is hefty enough and feels like it's made of good quality materials. There is nothing cheap feeling about the manometer or the hand pump. The carrying bag is also nice. I used the cuff in my EMT class for lab for the first time this week. The cuff worked well and obtained accurate results. Instructions are straightforward as well, although I also watched a youtube video on operation since I wanted to hear someone to talk through it. The meter does not fit onto a loop like the cuff several of my classmates have, but it was easy to secure on the top of the cuff and I was also told that if the situation necessitates, the patient's sleeve is a fine place to attach as well so I wouldn't say that is a downside.

Accurate BP Readings
The cuff is very easy to use and it provides accurate BP readings. The instructions were very helpful when learning how to read it. One thing I would like would be for the cuff to have a place holder for the sphygmomanometer so I wouldn't have to grab it with my hand while measuring BP. Also, I believe that better-written instructions are needed in the package on how to calibrate the sphygmomanometer as for me it was the harder thing to do for this product. The material seem durable and so far I haven't had any problems with it. Overall a good BP cuff for its amazing price.

Difficult at first to use...
It took me a while to figure out how to properly use this. There was no guide that told me how exactly to wrap it around someone’s arm and I found it confusing and frustrating because of the way it looks. There’s this metal buckle, if you will, that’s attached but I didn’t know right away that I was supposed to wrap the end piece THROUGH that buckle piece. I thought it was odd and couldn’t figure out its purpose until after messing with it for a few days 😅 lol. The part that actually reads the BP is awkward too because it’s just hanging from the cuff. I got it because I’m just beginning and it’s a good price for beginners I suppose, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

So easy to use and extremely accurate readings!
I purchased the above blood pressure cuff on March 8, 2020 following an extremely high blood pressure reading at the doctor's office. Upon the advice of my doctor, who felt I should purchase an electronic blood pressure monitor, I did just that. My initial purchase from Amazon.com was an electronic blood pressure kit. My sister and I thought we would give it a shot, because everyone said it would be so easy seeing as it was electronic and would do all the work for you. We used it several times, but the readings were not consistent. We ended up returning the item to Amazon. My sister had been a caregiver for Mom and Dad and was actually used to a manual blood pressure cuff. So back to Google and Amazon to research and read numerous reviews for a manual blood pressure cuff that would work equally as well as the one we used for Mom and Dad (the old cuff could no longer hold air when it was pumped), but it lasted such a good long time. After a lot of reading, we came upon the Medvice Manual Blood Pressure Cuff. Our research, as well as the reviews sounded good, so we made the purchase on Amazon. We are very glad we did! The cuff is so easy to use. Once pumped, it holds onto the air, until you're ready to slowly release it. Our readings have been consistent, and we could not be happier! On a scale of 1 to 5, five being the highest, my sister and I would rate Medvice's Manual Blood Pressure Cuff a 5. It is worthy of this rating because of its ease of use, and its reliability. We feel we can count on it to give us accurate and consistent readings each and every time. And that in itself is a lifesaver!

Works perfectly
This is the second Medvice B/P cuff I purchased, and this one does not work. Apparently I received a dud, so I'm going to purchase another elsewhere. Edited: I did look around for a replacement after I posted my review, but in the meanwhile, the company contacted me and made it right, so this shows they have integrity and stand behind their products. I promptly came back and ordered a replacement. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, so I'm hoping for the best. The first b/p cuff didn't break, and I've had it for four years. Just needed a smaller cuff. Upgraded my review to a three star until I'm able to try it out. If it works, I'll update my review again, because I want to be fair. Edit #2 - The new cuff is working perfectly!
