For the Price these tinctures are a Bargain ! If Used Correctly , these tinctures work Amazing ! As they should ! Great quality products from Mira they Legitly work like the tinctures that cost $115 for the same exact amount ! I use both the Red Root and recently added Cleavers to the mix . I mix 1 Dropper Full with juice in the morning on on empty stomache . Followed by a quick DIY Lymphatic massage . I make sure to eat at least 2-3 servings of either dark grapes , watermelon , anything citrus and sometimes add a little lemon to my water as well . If you don’t eat fruits to help hydrate & move the fluid add even a quick 2 min self massage and take your tinctures on an empty belly. They simply just will Not work !

I have a big testimony after using this Red Root! In March when we took my 7 year old to the orthodontist, on his xray, it showed his adenoids and tonsils were very swollen, and his air ways were almost completely closed. We than took him to an ENT, to which the only options were to have them removed and or put him on medication to take down the swelling. I didn't feel good about either, so I did some research and found that Red Root, a natural herbal supplements takes down swelling on both. So we've been doing that with my son since September. So, at the beginning of December we took my son in for followup appointment, the orthodontist was amazed. Wondered if my son had been on a medication to open out his air ways. But no, just a natural herbal supplement - this Red Root. It's SO encouraging to see huge results!! So of course, I've been telling and recommending to others as the occasion arises. I tried red root tincture for the first time after dealing with extreme bloating, lower abdominal inflammation, and swelling in my right leg. Within two hours of taking just one dropper, my symptoms were completely gone. The relief was noticeable and fast. I don’t take it daily, only as needed when symptoms flare, and it has been consistently effective. It’s strong, so I wouldn’t treat it like a casual supplement, but for me it works better than anything else I’ve tried for lymphatic congestion. Highly recommend if you’re looking for support with swelling and sluggish circulation.

Did a little bit of research before going with this brand of red root. It definitely brought the swelling down when my spleen started to enlarge after experimenting with Vitamin D3 which led to a bout of hypercalcemia which triggered a cascading destruction of blood cells above my normal destruction rate with thalassemia. One bottle lasted about a week and 1/2. I'm on my second one now and the pain from the "self-inflicted" splenomegaly has gone done significantly. The nausea has reduced and my appetite returned about 8 days after I started using this stuff. I’m about 3 weeks in and not out of the woods yet, but definitely feel my health returning to normal. Now one could say, that the splenomegaly could have gone away on its own within this time frame, and I would agree. But it was painful for 25 days before I even considered using Red Root and that then when I start using it my symptoms reduced in 8 for a total of 33 days. This was good, because I was going to just give up and get a splenectomy and deal with having what’s considered the largest lymph node in my body discarded like some old meat. So you be the judge, everyone's chemical makeup is different, nothing against my doctor, but she told me it was indigestion, so instead of relegating to that diagnosis and just limping along I did this stuff instead.

I am not sure if this product does what it is supposed to do. I bought it to clean out my Lymphatic System since a few of my lymph nodes are enlarged. The size of my lymph nodes did not change after going through 3 vials of this product even though I used it as directed. Maybe it was not for me.

I had a swollen salivary gland that alarmed my doctor, who referred me to a specialist, but decided to try this for a couple of weeks first. It shrank it, so worked well. However, I think it makes all glands in the body shrink and after a couple of weeks had to stop using it since it appeared to affect my prostate and made it hard to pee - I am an old guy anyway but never had this issue, and it stopped within a couple of days, so no problem, but I have never seen this side effect mentioned before.
