Astemo IGC0056 Ignition Coil

Recently my van began running rough and a check engine light came on. I hooked up a scan tool and determined I was getting a misfire on cylinder 5. This ignition coil matched the oe ones, so after swapping the coil the errors went away. Fit well and was easy to install, once I got a wrench back to the back side of the engine. Getting this one solved the problem for now, but since the van just ticked over 100,000 miles, I'll be ordering 5 more and a new set of ngk plugs as well. Ordering this and replacing the failed part myself saved me over $1000 vs taking it to the shop so it was a great value.

Have all 6 on my 2013 Acura TL replaced with these coils and it’s been almost 100,000 miles and no issues . Great replacement for cost .

Installed immediately for cylinder 6, cured blinking check engine light. Good to go. Funny thing is the OEM ones in the car are also Hitachi. Compared to OEM for $90+. We’ll see how this holds up. Next delivery, as opposed to Honda taking up to a week

This Hitachi coil pack looked to be a high quality part and was a direct replacement for the original coil packs on my 2011 Honda Odyssey. It has functioned perfectly since I installed it a few months ago.

I purchased this ignition coil to remedy an error code as it was about the cheapest out there. It fitted over my spark plug fairly easily with some wiggling, gave a firm click and after resetting the computer (by disconnecting the battery) the error code was resolved. It’s such an easy fix, why pay a shop $200+ when you can do it yourself.

Worked perfectly on my 2008 odyssey with a new spark plug to cure a cylinder misfire.

I chose this replacement because it is supposed to be the OEM replacement not the off-brand knock off type and it's about $20 less for the exact same part than my local parts store. I had a cylinder 3 misfire on my 2010 Odyssey. The plug was fouled pretty bad, worse than the other cylinders so I replaced the ignition coil as a precaution with the spark plug and the code went away and she's been running smoothly for a few weeks now.

It was an easy installation and fits perfectly. No hassle. You can do it by yourself.

This was a perfect fit for my Honda Odysser 2014. Same thing as OEM Honda part at half the price fron the Honda dealer.

Arrived quickly, installed easily and works.

This was an exact match in every way (even the same injection mould marks!) as the coils that came with the engine from the factory. I also tested the coil resistance and it was the same as factory spec. Ironically it turned out to be a better match than the supposedly same part from Honda. Fast shipping too. I would highly recommend!

saved almost 800$ using these vs OEM from the dealer.... THESE ARE OEM, but they are from the source. No issues with install and they are genuine hitachi (like the OEM ones are). I have beaten on my car since the install and no issues.
