This radiator works perfectly for a room about 20 square meters, the wall mounting process is quite easy with a handyman’s help. I did have doubt before I purchase, cos the size is a bit small, I worry that it might only heat up a small area in the room. However It does generate enough heat in winter time! Very happy with this lovely product :)

This radiator is sturdy and was quite easy to fit on the wall. It is simple enough to set the time and then switch on and off as required. However the timer is not easy to set up(like my central heating boiler). It is fiddly and, so far I have not managed it. The suppliers offer a support phone and email. If you want a smart phone controlled radiator there are plenty to choose from. This one offers proper radiator heat and works like your c/h. Hopefully I will sort out the weekly programme!!!!

We purchased one of these radiators in September 2024 and after a while it started emitting a burning smell. We reported this and a replacement was sent to us. After a number of months the replacement radiator started burning at the plug. Luckily someone was in close proximity when the fire started and was able to turn the radiator off immediately. We complained to amazon and were refunded for the radiator. We then had to employ an electrician to replace the electric plug socket and check the system. We requested that this cost be covered by the manufacturer, however this was refused and we were told that they had not found a fault with the returned radiator despite the plug being very clearly burnt. After I complained they said they would pay 10 pounds towards the electricians bill to replace the burnt plug socket! This is a small fraction of the amount we had to pay the electrician. DO NOT BUY THESE RADIATORS - two fires is very scary. We have attached photos

Easy to fit and after a little playing around with settings, I was able to program. Initially set temp at 21c but found it was too warm for us, now reset at a lower temp and room heats up nicely.

Smart looking. Takes some time to warm up. Castors and their support are flimsy - waiting for them to snap off.

I don't use the preprogrammed element, just switch it on and set the temperature I want. You have to switch it off and back on to increase or lower the temperature but that's because of the child safety feature, so no problem with that. I find these heaters are economical to run compared to my previous heaters. I prefer to use the castors, it allows me the flexibility I want

I bought this heater in December 2023 and I have used it daily since to warm a hallway that has no radiator. It looks very smart and is hung on the wall. However, as you can see from the images there was a fault with the moulded plug supplied with the heater. It overheated and blew, but didn’t trip the fuse box. Luckily we were in the house but it could easily have started a fire. I contacted the support team at Mylek and they were excellent. They are replacing the heater without any quibble and the warranty will be renewed. They also covered the cost of the damage. They assure me this was a rare occurence and that the heater met all safety standards
