This radiator works perfectly for a room about 20 square meters, the wall mounting process is quite easy with a handyman’s help. I did have doubt before I purchase, cos the size is a bit small, I worry that it might only heat up a small area in the room. However It does generate enough heat in winter time! Very happy with this lovely product :)

Easy to fit and after a little playing around with settings, I was able to program. Initially set temp at 21c but found it was too warm for us, now reset at a lower temp and room heats up nicely.

This radiator is sturdy and was quite easy to fit on the wall. It is simple enough to set the time and then switch on and off as required. However the timer is not easy to set up(like my central heating boiler). It is fiddly and, so far I have not managed it. The suppliers offer a support phone and email. If you want a smart phone controlled radiator there are plenty to choose from. This one offers proper radiator heat and works like your c/h. Hopefully I will sort out the weekly programme!!!!

The heater looks well made and heats effectively. However, ALL the timer functions do not allow an 'off' setting. It cycles between on and anti frost. Therefore, in a normal bedroom during winter, the heater remains on all day and night unless the room is over 7 degrees centigrade. This is wasteful and not required. The anti frost setting should be user adjustable. I am very disappointed.

Lots of research shows this heater to be the most attractive thing of its type, but an Alexa smart version would have been vastly superior. The programming screen and methodology is fiddly and poorly designed. The text is tiny and makes for an excessively cluttered screen made even worse by the instructions which are so incomprehensible when it comes to setting the On / Off timing that I am reduced to using it manually. Furthermore the unit, if you can figure out how to set the timer it cannot be timed at half hour points as it only works in one hour block. In that regard it is 20 years out of date !!! I would return it but for the fact that I shortened the cable to mount the unit over a switched spur to avoid an ugly socket plug and wire. My next move will be to disconnect the programming unit and connect the unit to an Alexa smart switched fused spur point.

I don't use the preprogrammed element, just switch it on and set the temperature I want. You have to switch it off and back on to increase or lower the temperature but that's because of the child safety feature, so no problem with that. I find these heaters are economical to run compared to my previous heaters. I prefer to use the castors, it allows me the flexibility I want
