excellent machine
Robust machine, very easy to use. If the dough is well made, the cylinder won't get dirty, since it's hard, the bigolaro must be secured securely with screws. I emailed Bottene (the manufacturer) about how to clean it, and they responded very kindly the same day.

Great hand pasta extruder.
I like making pasta, bought this as it was the only press/machine I could find that would allow me to make my own ziti (via 3rd party die). Comes with two dies, one of which makes real, round spagetti noodles, not the flat, linguine-like ones press manfacturers call spagetti. Expensive, but worrh it of you really like making your own pasta by hand. Hand made pasta is a great Xmas present.

If you want consistent, sturdy and efficient pasta without buying a 2k extruder; this is the way.
