Step 1 of the one-two punch that finally stopped my nosebleeds.
Authority: I’m a retired physician, but also a patient who struggled with painful crusting, scabs, and repeated nosebleeds. My ENT recommended using saline spray first to clear the passages, followed by Ayr Saline Gel to protect them. This simple combo has been life changing. Pros: Moisturizes and loosens dried membranes and crusts instantly Flushes out allergens, debris, and irritants so passages start clean Non-medicated, safe for daily use for both kids and adults Easy to use, widely available, inexpensive Sets the stage for longer-lasting relief with Ayr gel Cons: Works quickly but doesn’t protect long-term (that’s what the gel is for) Spray pressure can feel strong if you’re very sensitive (tilt your head slightly forward for comfort) Helpful Tips: Always spray first → then blow gently → then apply Ayr gel. That sequence is key. Keep one at home and one in a travel bag, dry hotel and airplane air are some of the worst triggers. Use especially during allergy season or after frequent nose blowing. Safe enough for kids with recurrent nosebleeds, but powerful enough for adults. Comparison / Context: Saline spray alone = short-term moisture. Ayr gel alone = long-term protection. Together = the “rinse and seal” approach ENTs recommend. This is what finally stopped my cycle of painful clots and repeat ER visits. Bottom Line: Speaking as both a retired physician and a patient: this spray is the essential first step in a proven one-two punch. Spray first, then gel. Simple, safe, inexpensive, and the most effective way I’ve found to prevent painful, crusty, scabby noses for both adults and kids.

A Natural Remedy That Helps
I live in a very dry area where the humidity is often under 40%, and my nose would get so dry it sometimes bled. These Little Remedies saline drops have been such a big help. They’re super gentle, easy to use, and give quick relief when your nose feels dry or irritated. It’s also safe enough for babies, which says a lot. It’s just a simple, natural remedy with no harsh ingredients — something you can really feel good about using. Along with using a humidifier at night, sometimes I also put a cup of water in the room or hang a damp towel to help with the dry air. Later on, I added several plants to my room, and that’s helped too. But this little bottle is still my go-to — especially during winter or when I have a cold. I always keep one around. It works, it’s safe, and it’s a real lifesaver in dry climates. Highly recommend!

Lifesaver for Stuffy Noses – A Must-Have for Parents!
Little Remedies Saline Drops have been a total lifesaver in our house. My baby had a stuffy nose a few weeks ago, and this was the only thing that really helped. I love that it’s completely drug-free and safe for newborns — it gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn’t putting anything harsh in her little nose. The formula is super gentle, and I found it really easy to use. I usually use the dropper for her, and within minutes, I can tell she’s breathing more easily. It really helps loosen up the mucus so I can use the bulb syringe or just let her clear it naturally. The bottle is small, but honestly, a little goes a long way. I’ve already bought a second one just to keep in the diaper bag. It’s one of those things I now consider essential, especially during cold season or whenever she seems congested. Highly recommend this for any parent — it’s simple, safe, and it works!

Helped my baby BREATHE!
This product came in CLUTCH when my baby was getting congested every night 😭 I hated seeing him suffer and he struggled to eat with his nose plugged. This was very easy to use a drop or two in each nostril and clear out so he could breathe easy again! Love that it’s small enough to keep on hand by the bed or in his diaper bag! Still plenty leftover for if he gets sick or congested again! Definitely worth the purchase 💪🏼
