No need to wear finger sleeve on arthritic enlarged finger when playing pickleball
I have a condition called lymphocytic colitis. I searched internet for natural supplements to help. Boswellia Serrata was mentioned. I ordered it. It has not helped with my colitis but I am amazed at how it has helped with inflammation. I play pickleball 3 to 4 X a week. I have a very arthritic enlarged nuckle on my right hand. I have been wearing a finger sleeve support on that finger when I play pickleball. This morning I forgot to put my finger sleeve on but noticed that I had no pain hitting hard balls with that hand...normally, my finger hurts when returning hard balls. Thrilled to see that this works!

Husband has been taking this a quiet a while and is happy with the product and it does seem to help with joint issues.

Miracle Worker for Dog
I was so bummed that the Boswellia I was feeding to my dog I could not find anymore. I ordered this and have been so happily surprised at how well he is doing on it. He has slipped disks and arthritis and has not been able to go to parks as the grasses are usually not level and I took him the other day and he walked all over on it with no problems. Not only that I was scared he would be in pain after or not be able to walk and he was fine. I think this is a miracle anti-inflammatory. Thank You.

Easy to swallow
Clean, no taste or after taste. Small capsules easy to swallow.

To reduce systemic inflammation
I've only been using the Boswellia for 1 week but within 24 hours I noticed a good improvement in pain and flexibility in my joints. Time will show if this is a placebo effect.

Not helpful for me
I was told by my neurologist to try Boswellia for my chronic migraines since I’ve tried everything else to no relief. Sadly, it did not provide me with any pain relief at all. These capsules were not huge so they were fine to swallow and there was no flavor as I just swallowed them. Hopefully, if you decide to try this it will provide you with some pain relief.
