30 LEDs Warm White Color String Lights Silver Wire Indoor and Outdoor 9.5 Feet Firefly Starry Fairy Lights Battery Powered for DIY, Christmas, Holidays, Party, Bedroom and Centerpieces

I bought these lights with the intention of using them for a DIY craft idea I saw on Facebook, and figured it would be good for mother's day. Definitely did not know what to expect in terms of how bright they would be or just how long the length of wire was, but I wanted to use them to put inside a vase I had glued glitter to myself in order to make a sort of vase/lamp project. The length is very long and I bunched it up to put it inside the vase and it looked absolutely wonderful! I had debated back and forth about what to put in the vase that would be bright enough or get the effect that I wanted but these definitely did the trick. They take three double A batteries (not included). Comes with a switch so that you can easily turn them on and off. All of the bulbs were bright and working, the whole entire thing was perfectly functional and met and exceeded my expectations. Really glad I chose to go with these lights, and may consider looking into different colors in the future to try out as well.

There is SO MUCH POTENTIAL for these exceptionally bright, micro-sized white lights embedded along two strands of flexible, clear-coated wire. I did not purchase them for a specific reason, only to try them out. I had recently purchased, locally, similar multi-color light strings from a different manufacturer and liked how they looked, so wanted to acquire some white ones. I'm very pleased with the quality of these white lights for the price I paid, when I consider that there are so many possibilities for using them. In my opinion, the multi-colored ones I bought locally are not quite as good, quality-wise, as the white ones. When inspiration struck, I took some green and yellow (my favorite NFL football team's colors) Pebeo Vitrea 160 glass paint (the translucent glossy version Pebeo Vitrea 160 Glossy Glass Paint 45-Milliliter Bottle, Oriental Green and carefully painted over the light nodes a couple of times. I was thrilled with the end result! The best part about this particular project is that now that I'm finished with that use of the light string, I was able to use a soft cloth dampened with very warm water, surround a single light node with the cloth for a few minutes, and remove the paint! After softening the paint that way, it easily came off, and the string was restored to warm white bulbs! Because these bulbs don't get hot (heat bakes and makes permanent that kind of paint), the paint can be removed. If you decide to try this project yourself, be advised that it will take some patience and a gentle touch. As a creative person, I love the idea that because Vitrea 160 comes in such a wide variety of paint colors, I could make a custom-colored string for just about any reason! Although this is not a review for Vitrea 160, I'll share another use for it: it can be used to transform white C-7 or C-9 sized light bulbs for Christmas light strings into any color you need or want! But, because the old-fashioned version of those lights do usually get warm/hot to the touch, the paint will bake onto them and is not removable. White replacement bulbs are a lot more easily found than the colored versions, especially late in the season. My current use for a light string: I have old blue glass canning jars on a shelf in my kitchen, and a string is laying in a swirled shape on the shelf, illuminating the jars from the bottom. It has, in my opinion, a very nice look. If there was one thing I could change about these light strings, it would be that because they take 3 AA batteries, the battery box is somewhat big relative to the size of the string. The battery box is clear, though, making it a bit less harsh-looking than a black one. There is a decent amount of connector wire between the box and the first light node, so the box can be hidden fairly easily. Would I purchase these again? Definitely.

For Christmas I wanted to fix up my bike with some lights for our night rides, and these seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. Small, unobtrusive, but bright. I got all that I asked for, except, I didn't expect 7' to barely go as far as it did. But that's my own issue, not theirs. However, I wish they made a 20' all red one, and not just white and warm white. However, when Christmas past I thought, why waste the light? Since I lead a night time biking group, I figured I'd keep the red on the back so it'd easier to spot me. It worked great! Not only do the other riders see me, but it's really hard for a driver to say "Sorry, I didn't see you with all those super bright lights all over your back." So win/win. However, last night, it finally bit the dust. I'm not sure what happened, but the string snapped. But heck, it was attached to a mountain bike for over 2 months with no issues (On and off road). I'm also not a gentle rider . . . so overall, incredibly durable for what you're paying for.

I needed some green lights to display for St Patrick’s Day, so when I came across these I thought, I can’t get a better deal, for two strands of 30 lights each!!!! I specifically wanted the battery operated kind, with the timer, as I either don’t remember to turn them off, or I may not be home to do that, so the timer is very helpful. The amount of lights is great, 30 on each strand, that’s a lot. They look beautiful!!! The brightness is perfect, and I’m using Dollar Tree batteries, nothing expensive. The ONLY downfall, on one of the strands, the timer does not work, so you can imagine the disappointment when I saw one strand off, and the other still on after setting the timer. I did not bother returning them because this was something I needed ASAP, plus I did not want to go through the hassle. The fact that the timer did not work on one was probably a fluke thing, and the odds of it happening again are probably slim. So with that being the only negative, (which was the reason for the 4 stars) I absolutely would recommend these lights, and buy them again myself.

Very bright and beautiful on my Christmas tree. They look like bright blue little fireflies. Very happy with my purchase but sad they're now out of stock I was going to re-order after seeing how great they were!

Bought these to make my little one’s wings light up and they did not disappoint! Pretty sturdy for the price and held up to me manipulating them into these wing shapes. Impressed! :)

Yo compre estas luces con fines fotográficos, al principio tenia duda pues pensé que no eran lo suficientemente intensas y potentes, sin embargo, el primer vistazo que tengo de ellas sin duda son muy potentes y con un ambiente con poca luz lucirán muy bien en las fotografías, las recomiendo mucho, aquí les dejo un ejemplo los resultados. Como recomendación, les digo que las cuiden muchísimo, pues son la caja de las pilas es sumamente delicada, si se te llega a caer lo más probable es que rompa y las pilas ya se salgan a cada rato, yo tendré que comprar unas nuevas precisamente por este problema, sin embargo, no duden en comprarlo, son unas luces muy buenas.

dainty and pretty! easy to hide wires for my center piece. very happy with this purchase. Also I have been using old batteries out of flashlights ect before I throw them out and have been getting week of life out of them on these little lights! So much fun!
