Good Curry
I can't say the one for fish is more tasty, I guess it is meant to be ideal for seafood but any difference is not clear. Maybe if I grew up in India I would notice a difference. General purpose curry powder works fine for seafoods too. This is fresh tasting and medium heat. I would not hesitate to use this for any curry dishes with any meat or meatless dishes. It is a bit strong without some coconut cream to balance it. Transfer to a small glass jar to retain the most freshness.

My daughter got me hooked on this. It's not just for fish or oriental food! It has a wonderful flavor for my Shepherd's Pie, roasts, hamburgers and many other dishes. My husband is allergic to garlic, but he has no problem with this because it has no garlic.
