This clay has a super soft feel with no strong smell. It makes super smooth masks, its easy to apply, and its great for bathing. Just be sure to stir it in well otherwise it will just sit in clumps. I have very dry skin, and this doesn't irritate it at all. I haven't taken it orally as a binder so I can't say much on that, but it seems to be high quality and food grade Very high quality for the price, and the bag has lasted me a long time.

I only need to use a little if this clay for it to be highly effective for brightening my skin and taken a little drink of it energizes me.

I take it internally when doing cleanses as a shot with no ill effects to date. I also use this with a foot bath occasionally. Mostly when I get a nagging itch or when I think it’s due. It seems to soften the skin and prohibit fungal growth after the active work week with feet in boots. I hope it helps pull toxins out but no way of telling.

It was good. I like it, And I especially like Amazon Delivery's. Amazon always drops my parcels over the timber gate next to the red roller door like I ask. EBay often won't and then I have to go to the post office to pick it up and that really sucks cos I have a disability :-(

This is just like the clay you’d find in a river - it sticks together like that - I find it have to swish it around in my mouth to make sure it’s broken up before I swallow it.
