Really wonderful book. Full of powerful truths. I thank God for allowing me to find and read it. The spirit of intimidation is a subtle adversary at times. But in the end, “The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.” May we walk forward boldly as Christians who bear His light and at all times press on towards the goal of Christ. I read this during my engagement season, and it was so key to step into marriage with freedom and boldness to submit and walk with God.

This is what I needed to read. My eyes have been opened. I was under intimidation and I didn’t know about it.

Pastor John Bevere hits it straight on. Intimidation is one of the devil's most subtle tools, yet, so powerful too. I'm about 2/3 of the way through the book, and so far, his teaching is spot-on, straight to the point, and powerful. I would recommend this book to any one who is Christian, especially if you're feeling intimidated by others around you.

God has used this book so powerfully in my life! Intimidation shows it’s ugly head in many forms, but is always easily spotted when looking at the results/symptoms. I HIGHLY recommend this for every Christian. But specifically if you struggle with no longer seeing God’s giftings in your life or wanting it to show up for the first time, this is an excellent read! This was such a good read and a very powerful book. It made me understand how much the spirit of fear holds many people back from fulfilling their purpose and they don’t even know. There’s so much I learnt from this book and so many notes to take. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is a `must read and inwardly digest' book particularly for Christian ministers who are almost daily under spiritual attack whether that be from inside or outside of the church. As the spiritual temperature hots up God is looking for Christians who will still boldly proclaim, whilst standing their ground. Personally I found the book to be clear and concise, scripturally sound and directly applicable to many situations where previously I had been left in a stressful state. This is a God-breathed work and I am really grateful that John was inspired to write it. The icing on the cake was the revelation that I had been living with a `Fear of Man' spirit; but God is good, I no longer have it and that alone has been life changing. God bless you John.

Simply put you need to read this book. John yet again through gods amazing gift in him shows us about intimidating spirits and how as believers in Jesus we can break past these spirits and defeat them with gods power and word we needn’t back down

I love the way John Bevere teaches through stories. There are few books that I believe will change the life of the reader simply by revealing the spiritual realm. This may be one of them. John puts things in an easy to read package that will show you one possible reason why your life in Christ hasn’t had the power promised! I love this book. Must read for any Christian, but especially those in leadership roles!
