Love these
My GSD loves these so much. I have to keep extras on hand at all times. He never wants to be without his emotional support ball on a rope. *tip I take pliers & tighten the knot as much as possible & burn the ends a bit more

Handle Sturdiness
The rope is glued creating a circle for your hand this circle will break after one use, so what I did was was tied a few knots creating handle. Besides that not a bad training toy

I love these for one basic reason
other than their durability, and that is because they do not keep rolling down a hill or a driveway after bring thrown. WE go back and forth between the front of the house where we have a driveway, and the back where we have rough shale and a steep mountain for our 3 dogs to play. These balls can be thrown on our paved driveway and they will not keep rolling to the bottom, where the road is. Regular green balls will keep rolling forever until they are way down in my neighbor's yard.

Did not last long
The ball part is fine but the rope lasted 3hrs at best. I thought this was paracord but it most certainly was not. Don't waste your money for the rope idea like I did. I have long leads made of paracord and my dog cannot chew through it so this was no where near that. Cannot say I would recommend.

Too easily destroyed
I had searched for toys that were tough and not easily destroyed. My dogs love this style of toy for tug. My 10 month old Collie chewed this up within hours of getting it and it did not take long. I do not like that this can be chewed up and swallowed, as we did not find the missing piece. The description does say two Solid balls and one of them is Obviously NOT solid! Now I have to buy a new one that looks to be a much sturdier ball. I have not yet tried the larger one but it does look like a sturdy ball. I wanted one for in the house, and one for outside. Next day, he chewed thru the rope on the harder ball tug.

Great buy can’t beat the price
The amount of people giving this incredibly affordable product a low rating because their dog “chewed right through it” ladies and gentlemen TUG TOYS are not meant to be chew toys. They are TUG toys for tugging with a human being. These are very popular for training. The rope is not great quality but honestly for the price it does great. 200+ lbs worth of 2 dogo argentinos pulling on this and it didn’t give out. I’m pretty impressed. Again the rope isn’t great. We also use the k-9 ops tug ball and it’s a lot better quality but 4 times the price of one of these. We use both I like both. I really appreciate the handle on these

It’s a ball on a string
It’s a ball on a string cheeper then most but still great quality the knots come out easy. I took the string off put both ends through the whole and added a washer then pushed it through so that both ends are inside the ball connected to a washer so they won’t come out as easy

Good in theory, not in practice
I have a 5 month old shepherd who loves tennis balls and has high drive. I thought this would be a good training tool with him, and maybe if it was more durable it would have been, but it didn't even last two days. The rope itself is not thick and was easily ripped within 20 minutes. I did not let him chew on it, but when he would go for the ball it was easier to grab the rope and after a few dozen bites the rope was destroyed. The ball is durable, however, as it's not a tennis ball. But because of that and the harder exterior, my dog focused more on the rope than the ball, and we blew through both within the first 48 hours. This may be better suited for other dogs, but it was not for mine.
