Excellent product for congestion and after nasal surgeries. I especially love flushing my nose after doing yard work you can imagine the stuff that comes out of your nose after. Fan for life

Effective sinus rinse
I have been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for quite a while now and these Premixed Refill Packets makes it very easy to use. Brings 100 packets. Very effective if you have sinus problems. Great price for the amount of packets it brings.

Simple and effective
I use this every morning. It is simple, fast, and easy to use, and it keeps my sinuses clear for the day. The only real trick is getting the water temperature right. Once you do, it is straightforward and takes just a couple of minutes. The premixed packets remove any guesswork, which I appreciate. This is a permanent part of my daily routine. Reliable and effective.

This powder works well to change the PH of the water so it does not burn the sinus tissue in use.

It's the real thing
Ordered at a fair price, showed up on time. Used immediately as I have rhinositis. This product originally made by Neli med, is much better than the knockoff that you can get at Walmart and save only a couple bucks. This product I think has more lap time formulating it correctly it does not sting or burn the nostrils and boy does it get the crud out of your sinuses. I have used the original in the Walmart knockoff and I can testify the original as ordered above is much better and I will continue to buy from this distributor
