Principles of Corporate Finance

I have literally never written a review for a textbook before but in my opinion the authors of this book went above and beyond. This textbook was required reading for my Corporate Finance class and I think I would have learned about 10% from the class without reading this... the authors do a great job tackling this complicated subject and add quite a bit of humor and levity at key moments. I really enjoyed every chapter and found myself even reading chapters that weren't assigned!! Who does that?? Importantly I also have worked in Finance for years and found I still had so many a-ha moments where concepts finally clicked that I have struggled with for years. This textbook and others like it are the reason to take classes rather than watch a bunch of YouTube videos - though you can do that too! It just gave me such a deeper understanding of Finance than I would have had otherwise. Thank you authors Brealey, Myers and Allen!!! By the way my textbook arrived in perfect condition, though I see many other reviewers didn't have that experience.

Concepts are helpful but There are too many formula which are theoretically not handy and not applicable in real life

Cheap crap

My "new" book had water damage, I noticed this before I took it out of the shrink wrap. I'm assuming the book isn't new at all but at least it's cheap and comes quickly

My book arrived with a huge gash down the spine and was nearly split in two. Seems to have significant water damage as well. Horrible product, not worth the money. Very disappointed.

Great book, print quality i.e. cover strength is a minus; quickly develops cracks.
