C.S. Osborne 124 Staple Remover 124 Upholstery Tools

I typically use a scratch awl with a ball peen hammer) to lift upholster staples. I thought that I would try this tool. This tool is well balanced, substantial, and gets the job done. I did need a hammer to assist, and the end of the tool gives plenty of surface area. PSA: Ensure that you keep your stabilizing hand well out of the way. This tool is quite sharp. The forge on the tip end is strong and true. This took has high quality, utility and design.

Works much better than a flat blade screwdriver!

Excellent tool for pulling staples out of seat cushions that are being redone. Makes a tedious job go much faster including staples that are really flush or even below the surface.

Pulling staples from a pool table and removing staples from screens on porch, this tool did an excellent job.

This is a great tool. Using it for removing staples in picture frames and upholstery.

Good tool but to thick for most staple removing. Disappointed in its possibi9to make it easier. Quality and craftsmanship of tool is good but not deeply inserted staples.

This tool is great! Seems like it's very well made! I am an amateur DIYer for upholstery projects. I recovered several dining room chairs that had thousands of staples. Once you got the hang of using the tool to get under the staple in the right place and use a twisting motion to remove it, you can get 99% of the staples out quickly without using pliers.
