I have loved this product so far but upon reordering I received a bottle that doesn’t look or smell like my previous bottle. The bottle I was replacing was a brown liquid and had a smell like cinnamon. The new bottle I received was clear and milky in quality with no sent. It also was much thicker than the previously ordered product

I am using this item for the past 2 years. Several days ago, I ordered this item again and I have to say that the content of this bottle has changed a lot. First, it used to smell like vitamins and herbs before and now smell like soap. It used to be more potent and thicker and now it is look like brown water. I could feel some kind of sensation on my scalp before and now it feels like nothing. I am very disappointed with this new formula. That's why I returned it. It is so funny that several days ago the price which I paid was $24.00 and some change. Now, with this cheap formula the price jacked up to $35.00 within 4 days. Wow. I do not recommend anybody to waste their precious money on this product. Good luck.

Purchased for hair restoration and regrowth. Have not been able to use long enough to assess efficacy but is easy to use and no offensive scent.

The first time I used this, I didn't see the instructions that state you should apply to scalp while hair is still wet so that it doesn't get absorbed by the hair. It isn't printed on the instructions that came with the bottle, but on the website for the product. As a result, the first time I: 1. put it on my scalp when hair was fairly dry, and 2. I put on a little less than 1/2 a dropper. My hair turned out way too soft, limp and fairly unmanageable. I have very thin, fine hair, and it can get flattened-looking really easily. I was disappointed and prepared to return it till I saw these other instructions. The next day, I applied about 1/4 of a dropper only to the scalp after my shower, (hair just dried slightly with towel to eliminate dripping). I then proceeded to dry and style my hair as usual. What a difference! My hair was fuller, shinier and healthier than it has looked in a long time! It is now my third day total, and I am loving this stuff! UPDATE: I ordered a second bottle when I started running out of the first. It is a different color, smells different as well, and has done nothing for my hair. I have tried applying varying amounts, etc..., but I am back to more hair shed and I am not getting the volume, shine and healthy looking locks like I did with the first bottle. What happened? :(

I bought this because someone told me it was pretty good. I've naturally have thin hair that is thinning now that I'm older and I hoped this would help. So far so good, I put a small bit on my scalp in the morning and it has helped to thicken my hair line so I can keep my hair down again. It doesn't interfere with styling or weight the hair down like other serums out there. The tea tree scent isn't over powering and has helped my eczema flare ups on my scalp without making them worse.

i have been using this for about 2 weeks every night after the shower for front male pattern baldness. I dont have any REAL balding issues but my hair line has moved back a bit and i have noticed the past few months my hair is falling out alot more than normal. Uodate.- my last order the product has come in and its completely different from the product reviewed below. I'm not sure if it's just as good or not. Will give it time. Color,smell, thickness etc are all very different. Anyways two weeks in and i have noticed a big difference. when putting light product in my hair i notice a large difference in the lack of hair in the sink. As well as hair growing back. Very happy with the product and for me it works very very well.

I was surprised with the pleasant smell. Most hair repair products I’ve used have a strong unpleasant smell which makes it difficult to sleep with. I can go back to treating my hair and scalp over night and I can keep it in my hair if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to wash it. I also like that it doesn’t dry out my hair and it’s not oily either.

Good product but a very strong caramel smell!

Good sized bottle, easy to dispense via dropper. It can be a little sticky if too much is used (only a few drops are necessary) but it does help my hair look a bit thicker. I've seen some improvement to sparse areas and I have less shedding of my hair after washing (not using their brand though) but these signs of improvement are only just beginning to emerge after six weeks of use (3x a week as I don't wash my hair everyday). You do get a whiff of caramel (a bit sickly tbh, I wish it smelt more minty) but the smell does dissipate. However it is quite runny and sticky when it gets on the hair and can make the hair look dull when it dries down (especially if I've put too much on). One tip is to remember to give it a good shake before opening each time. I've used roughly a third of the contents so far, so it should give a few more months usage at my rate of use. I'm keen to try other things such as supplements and essential oil hair masks just because they'll be more pleasant to use with the added bonus of the conditioning effect.

I bought this to use as an alternative to Minoxidil as unfortunately I can't use that anymore. I don't know whether this product works at all because I never got to use it for more than a few days. The reason is its smell! It has an awfully strong scent that smells something like gingerbread biscuits with cinnamon and it just won't go away. Obviously this is a subjective matter and comes down to personal preference but as a man, I just couldn't stand its overpowering stench. I wanted to give it to my girlfriend but even she wouldn't have it. It might otherwise be a good product (although a tad expansive) but be warned, if you don't like strong scents, this one is definitely not for you!
