I bought these nori sushi sheets for a sushi party my daughter had for her birthday. I was a little nervous they might fall apart once we started rolling, especially with a group of teenagers who were very confident but not exactly experienced sushi chefs. Surprisingly, the sheets stuck together really well and held up through all the rolling, re-rolling, and “fixing.” They were easy to use and tasted fresh, which was a win. The girls had a lot of fun learning how to make sushi, and the nori definitely helped make the night a success. I added a photo from toward the end of the process. It is definitely not Pinterest worthy, but it is real life and real homemade sushi. The price felt fair, and I would absolutely buy these again.

This is one of our go-to brands for making sushi. The nori is always high quality and fresh. The size is also decent but a bit smaller than what we found works with our traditionally sized sushi mats. The thickness was about standard but the nori has a fantastic flavor and texture. It smells about typical for nori (slight seaweed scent), but again, this is atypical for it being fresh. Overall, it seemed like a pretty good deal and I love the price for making sushi at home!

I have bought 4 different brands of norm for making sushi rolls. The other 3 had a certain fishy taste that I hated. This was pure seaweed! No fishy taste. Wonderful because you taste only your sushi roll ingredients along with the nori. Will buy again in the store if it is less priced.

I ordered these for the first time as the live food organic corn tortillas were unavailable. i like them and use them for wraps, filling them with vegetables, avocado, onions, oiive oil and mustard. They are half the cost as similar ones at a small market near me. An even better value is the 50 pack, available on Amazon marketplace.
