If i use the 3 channel pack for dhw and htg, can i use the third fir ufh and is there a floor sensor input option?

Yes you can use it for underfloor heating but there isn’t a floor sensor connection Assuming yours is electric underfloor heating having floor sensor then probably not I have pumped underfloor heating controlling port valve which works great

My wall thermostat is incorrectly reading the room temperature?

If it is fixed to or close to a wall it’s likely that the temperature and airflow around the wall is influencing it. The answer may be to move it towards the centre of the room.

Compatible with worcester dt20rf?

Yes in the sense it can work at a basic level. But it is not an ideal match as Worcester Bosch are one of the rare main manufacturers who do not support the Opentherm standard for higher level heating controls. The Drayton system like most other smart heating control systems use Opentherm to work with a boiler to obtain maximum efficiency. For example they can instruct the boiler to “modulate” its heat output to a lower level when the system has less than maximum heat output needs. WB have their own proprietary system that is not compatible with Opentherm. So the Wiser system can tell the boiler to switch on and off but not to modulate it’s output.
