Best served cold
Ate these for the first time when I was in Australia a few months ago. When I went to a grocery store to buy some, the clerk that helped me with my selection told me that Tim Tams should be stored in the refrigerator and eaten cold for best taste. She was correct.

Summer time heat causes ooo-eee goo-eee!
As far as taste I would rate with 5 stars. I so looked forward to getting these. However, when these sit in hot trucks, then hot mailboxes, the chocolate melts all over the packaging. Moral of the story: Don't buy in the summer time!
