I was looking for a more natural way to get my iron (I'm anemic), and I found Wholesome Wellness Beef Liver, so I ordered it. When it arrived, I took just one because I wanted to see how it would affect my GI System and had no problems. The capsules are pretty big, but they're easy to swallow. I've worked my way up to taking 3, and I’ll see how it goes. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and I've noticed that my energy level is getting better. The quality is outstanding because it's 3rd party tested for purity and efficacy. I also love that it's grass fed beef liver. If it doesn't say "Grass Fed" then it's not very good for you because they feed the cows corn which is not a very healthy thing. I'm gonna keep taking it and see how it affects my lab work results, and I'll come back and revise my review if need be. I highly recommend this product if you're anemic like me. So I have struggled with my nails, toe specifically, for at least the past 10 years. My doctor took a clipping to send it out to determine if it was related to a specific fungus and it came back negative and nothing was found. So I have tried various home remedies and over the counter products to try to make them at least somewhat bearable to look at in a sandals. If I were to take too long of a shower, go in a pool or a hot tub and then dry my feet off I would run the risk of the toenail coming off completely. So it's been a struggle. How amazing my nails were looked but I didn't realize how good my toenails worked because it wasn't summer yet. So I wear boots all winter. When spring hit and it was time for sandals I could not believe that my nails were worthy of being polished and exposed in an open toe shoe! All I am saying is this is proof to me from the inside out this supplement does something. I have always worn artificial nails on my fingers and the one in the first photo evident of that, but now I just polish my own nails. They are not thin or brittle. So far I don’t have any complaints. Been taking for a week and have felt a sense of calm+steady energy. I take it to help regulate my hormones and give my body what it may be lacking. I don’t take the recommended 6 pills/day. I only take one and will work my way up to only 2/day, reason being I don’t want to possibly more than what I need. I maybe wrong, but 6 to me is a lot. I feel benefits already from 1. I am on a ( mostly) plant based diet and I know my body needs assistance due to my period cycle being so intense. Will update my review when I start taking more pills and or through with this first bottle.

My energy has greatly increased

Okay if you don't want to read a long message just stop here and buy them!!! For starters to give you my background and history I was born and raised a vegetarian my entire life. It was more a mental thing I couldn't get past as it grossed me out to the max. I also wasn't fed a great diet I was raised on junk food so really better said I was a junkatarian that ate no meat, no fruit, no vegetables. I was okay my whole life up until now that I'm 30 ... it's really catching up to me. My entire body aches and hurts, I can't barely bend over to pick stuff up anymore. I feel extremely fatigued, depressed, hopeless, every single day. I've also since having my third baby who is now 7 months old gained over 30 pounds AFTER she was born and I'm NOT breast feeding. Everything is slowing down and I feel like I'm so stressed and feel so bad foods become an escape where I just keep reaching for stuff to eat and feel better. I feel like I'm wearing a fat suit that I'm underneath of buried somewhere. Anyways... I saw this and decided what the heck I guess I could throw one back and see if meat in any form might help me feel better because I have to be lacking essential stuff without it this long (my whole life). Yall.... the serving size is SIX pills and HECK no I'm not doing that. I only took 1 to test my strength and any side effects. I though for SURE I'd be sick and vomiting/pooping my brains out. Nope! I actually felt mental clarity the first day. My head went from a foggy space to a clear one. I slept better that night. I wasn't up all night wondering and having anxiety about stupid stuff or just laying with my eyes closed all night. I legit went to sleep and slept well. That's all I noticed the first day. However, when I woke up the next morning before even taking my next dose I woke up with more energy than I've had in years and years. I got done triple of not more the house stuff I usually do. I cleaned from top to bottom the entire house AND my backyard AND my garage and I went shopping and ran all the errands I haven't done in months because of fatigue. CRAZY!! It's the energy I've been chasing looking for in coffee etc but it always made me feel sick. This energy boost comes with no jitters or crashes later... the most wonderful thing! I've felt more like myself since taking this then I have in years! It's only been TWO DAYS and I've had a total of 2 pills all together. Day two I had the energy, mental clarity, total appetite curbed (I'm a serious binge eater who's been steadily packing on pounds because I can't stop) I had to remind myself like oh I should probably eat! I haven't felt full in probably a year after eating anything. After I ate dinner after not eating anything all day I felt extremely full and satisfied for literally the first time in so long. My best guess is my body lacked nutrients that caused me to binge trying to find what it needed but it wasn't there in what I eat. I slept amazing again last night. It's day three I just woke up and am feeling great today as well! No hunger yet either! My mood has improved a lot. I don't have fatigue and I've had no feelings of hopelessness or depression since taking it. Also, please note that I'm a Huge skeptic and the first to think this stuff is BS and a placebo. I truly believe the less pills we have to take the better. I always read these reviews thinking people are crazy. Now I can say the same thing. I've had zero negative side effects. This stuff is a miracle. I hope it continues to help. It's solving all my issues.

I have not had good experience with co q 10. It isn't this specific product thats the issue, its co q 10 overall for me. Just makes me feel very sick with flu like symptoms and body aches. Just be aware that co q 10 is included in the ingredients. I did deal with customer service and they were very helpful.
