Fluid Film Rust and Corrosion Protection Control Multi Purpose Penetrant and Lubricant (5 Gallon Pail NAS)

This particular brand was recommended to me by a friend who uses this regularly. Worked perfectly as intended and will use again next year when it is time to spray my vehicles. This sprayed perfectly, used a plastic cup and poured the contents into the spray bottle. The thickness and stickiness was perfect. I did notice a smell for a couple of days but that eventually went away.

I love this stuff! Price has sky rocketed recently, but it stops rust.

I've been using this for about 4 years now and I believe it is the best on the market. The rubber undercoating trap moisture and accelerate rust so avoid those. Several technical reviews have selected Fluid Film as the best and I agree (I tried 2 similar products). I initially bought the lower end Fluid Film spray gun and was not real happy with it so I bought the Fluid Film pro-gun and I love it - it is well worth the added cost. The Fluid Film sprays on the easiest when it is at least 70 F outside (the warmer it is, the better). And make sure to mix the Fluid Film up because that makes it spray way easier. I spray my cars every September. Upstate NY winter salted roads will eat cars up! BTW - works great on lawn mower decks too. And frees frozen car locks and window cranks up. FYI - certain parts of the cars under-chassis are not hit directly by water/dirt/snow and in those areas, the Fluid Film will look wet and well protected after a year which means that I after my first or second year of spraying a car, I need to use a lot less the following years. Also, buy the 1/2" sheet metal plugs so you can drill holes and spray Fluid Film in all the cavities and then use the plugs to close the holes. Best value is to buy it by the 5 gallon jug.

Works well, but smells terrible, unless you enjoy the smell of lanolin.

At this point in time... the product seems to very good. Time will tell. Went on easily. Chose this product but I am using a WoolWax gun. Very good indeed. db

Great for keeping the rusty at bay

I am a believer in the benefits of Fluid Film. This shipped quickly and arrived quickly. It protects my truck from rust. A 5 gallon bucket is perfect, it allows me to do several cars and the price was extremely reasonable.

Great product to rust proof your car. I bought the 5 gallon pail, which should last me a few years minimum. I use this stuff every year on my 2008 ford ranger. The truck is getting old, but this fluid film has kept it looking clean. I live in a snowy area so road salt is hard on cars. Thanks fluid film for keeping my truck running for years and.pldnty years to follow!

Despite the efforts made by seller to extra tape and fill the cardboard box, package handeling remains the issue if no notice to carry the package UP-Right and Not sideway Nor upside down that leads to leakage of Fluid Film oil. otherwise I am happy with product despite the fact that Canada crude heavy oil is shipped at dirt cheap - prices of these items has SKY ROCKETTED after petro-chemical processed and new cross border TAXes hopefully not TAXed multiple times at the expense of consumers.

I've used a few other brand's of undercoating from local auto part supplier's and it all looked good when you spray it on but had very , very poor result's so i had to pay the extra cost . It is 3x more that i was getting the other's but you get what you pay for and fluid film know's it . It's the best by far , hand's down .

J'ai fait l'antirouille sur ma chevrolet Spark EV 2015. Très bon produit, avec cette quantité, je suis correct pour le restant de ma vie. J'ai commencé à traiter tous les véhicules de la famille. Super puisqu'il protège les connexions électriques et il n'y a pas de risque de faire un court-circuit, donc c'est très pratique pour une voiture électrique. Facile à appliquer au pinceau ou air gun. Je l'utilise aussi sur mes outils et pour traiter certains morceaux de bois. Ce n'est pas la meilleure odeur, mais elle est très minime.
