This is a powerful massage ball! Several intensity settings. I've used it on my back while sitting on my couch. The bumps on it help with the overall feel. I've even carried it with me in my truck to help with back pain while driving. The usb charging is quick and convenient too.

I'm excited for what this can do for me for lymph drainage as well as working on muscles. It will work great on hubby's charlie horses. The ONLY issue I have. and it's my fault for not looking at the measurements is that it is HUGE! I'm only 5' tall. I dearly WISH it was only 2" across instead of almost twice as big at 3.5". I'd gladly trade off the four speeds for one slow speed in order to have a smaller ball. It is so large, I can barely hold it in my hand! I LOVE that that offer a lifetime warranty. That alone cemented my decision.

This is a great massage ball. I have used it several times since I received it and it seems very durable. It does a great job reliving knotted muscles. I think it does a particularly good job on my glutes, calf muscles, quads, and hamstrings. I have only charged it once and have used it a bunch of times and it still has power left. The only thing I don't like is the power button. It's impossible to put weight on this ball and roll it around without accidentally pushing the power button. This means if you don't want it to vibrate it's going to turn itself on and do it anyway and if you do want it to vibrate it's going to keep changing the vibration intensity. The button should be recessed much further into the ball to prevent the button from accidentally being pushed. Other than that it's perfect!

After doing some research on lymphatic congestion and watching a doctor on YouTube who demonstrates a technique for massage drainage, the Lifepro vibrating massage ball was highly recommended to help with clearing seven of the reachable lymph nodes and helping flush toxins and get the lymph fluid moving. I started using it on the lowest setting and go through the technique daily. I've been using for a few weeks, and love it. The Lifepro provides the perfect amount of massaging vibration to help relieve the pressure spots. Its also great as a muscle massage for my neck, and sore muscles after exercise. The build feels solid, while still being light weight. It charges quickly and is easy to use. After looking at a few other options, I'm so glad that I chose the Lifepro! Here's to better health!

I have owned agility balls similar to this model..and they are amazing. I love the vibrating agility ball...but the ball I received has a usb charging port rather than the one in the picture (circle port)... at first I was glad...its easier to find a charger but when I used it, I noticed the button on this ball easily turns the unit off. On the other balls I have owned you have to hold the button down for atleast 5 seconds to turn off... the problem with the button easily turning off is when you are using it to massage with... when you touch the button it turns off.. so you have to start all over again... it is disappointing and annoying. I tried numerous techniques but could not massage with the ball vibrating without accidently turning off all the time. I would like to see if the one in the picture, with the circle charge port, has the delay shut off button feature... I will let you know if I get to swap them out!

In the first week of using this agility ball I especially liked that its heat felt good and the massage helped alleviate pain in my glutes and lower back. In order to get the massage benefits I had to use the ball against a wall or the floor but by the 2nd/3rd week, the black "rubber" of the ball rubbed off on each wall against which I used it and there was nothing I could do to fix this. I stopped using it. In addition, I bought this with a promotion that I would receive a free massage ball from lifepro within a month or so of my purchase. It is now 10 months later and I still have not received this free gift, a $20 value. I have written several email notes and called ; the response from Lifepro was apologetic and they would then promise to send my gift but 10 months later and I still have not received it. False promises. I would stay away from this business.

This massage ball is not very powerful, despite what other reviews might say. It has several power modes and different massage "patterns" that you can select via the power button on the side. I would have preferred USB-C, but the DC input is fine since it's not proprietary or an out-dated USB standard. This ball IS effective in relieving my carpal tunnel and wrist pain for short periods of time. I find when I constantly hold onto this thing, the relief is very real. I was a little disappointed because I expected it was less powerful than hoped, but the battery lasts for days with my typical usage and I guess that is a fine trade-off. The textured plastic cover that provides the grippy knobs fits poorly on mine. There's also a bit of a rattle when I move it around while turned on, which doesn't exactly sound normal. Overall, this is a decent purchase when on sale and it made me realize that while effective, I probably don't need to fork out $100 on a more fancy brand - the "peanut" massage balls and massage guns are much more effective for me.
