Fit my SeaStar Steering Perfectly
I have a 2009 bass boat with hydraulic Seastar steering, the factory was trying to be nice an install a quick fill line at the pump but after 15 years the hose wasn't flexible anymore and was getting ready to start causing problems. I bought a fill/bleed kit from Amazon when I replace my steering seals and decided to go back to a simple cap at the pump. This part worked perfectly.

It works as advertised
I had a vented cap on the lower station and after adding a fly bridge control station it leaked. Changing to a solid cap, it does not leak
