delicious for adding to seafood chowder
I make my own seafood chowder but add this packet of mix to it with less milk and it makes the chowder have so much more flaver and thickens it up.

Nice seafood soup that's not clam chowder
Add your own fish, shrimp and/or scallops. Nice creamy soup without it being clam chowder. Its the best description I can give.

great taste but not for gout sensitive people
Loved the taste and enjoyed it! for that reason I would give it five stars!. Sadly I forgot that years ago I had bad gout attacks. This wonderful testing food brought back a gout attack!

Good but not quite what I was looking for.
In Portugal they have a mariscos soup I was looking to make. First try a little bland. Second try browned some onion and garlic then the assorted shellfish and deglaze with white wine and combine. It was good. Maybe I will try to make from scratch the next time.
