A very good study companion to the book. I highly recommend purchasing both for an immersive experience.

I watched the DVD read Kingom Woman. Just finished reading this five stars heart warmer and one of the Body By Naledi recommended books for Kingom Woman Fitness Group Training! Took me 12 days and I’m a very slow reader, I stop, highlight look up references:) So if you’re a fast reader you could devour this book in a weekend-day! We will use the gateway of community online fitness, combined with scheduled and structured Kingdom Woman Fitness study-reading plans. My husband read Kingdom Man first and turned me on to reading this book. My bible study group decided to read it with me, we read two chapters a week and meet once a week. What struck me was that there is something for every woman at every stage of life, we were all moved in one way or another. There are enough references to scripture that you will want your bible close by, I found myself highlighting a lot! The authors work together to beautifully illustrate God's design and intention in creating woman. I love it when there is background given on the original text from Greek or Hebrew, this book does that many times. You will be encouraged many times over, I highly recommend this book.

I have used both the book and the video to lead a women's Bible study, The women that attended were very happy at the end of the six week study.

This study guide helps focus on key discussion points from the DVD. If is not a study guide for the book. You definitely need to use it in conjunction with the DVD. Nevertheless, it offers excellent questions for discussion as well questions for self reflection.
