I was in need of a whey product (I needed the added protein) and though there were several other whey products, including Shakeology, in my home, I didn’t like them as the amount of carbs was too high. Still, I wanted a good tasting product. So, I decided to try Legion Athletic’s Dutch Chocolate Whey+. There are 30 servings to a container (each serving = 1 rounded scoop). Inside the container is a blue colored scooper, but sometimes it’s lost inside the whey, so you may need to look around for it. Update 1/18/26 The initial review was off of mixing the protein powder with unsweetened cold brew coffee. My original review still holds for this mixture. However, I have since tried this with water and separately with just non-fat milk. Both of those options worked well and the stevia taste was reduced. I enjoy drinking it with milk now. Their customer service was also good. They initially offered a refund, but I have declined since I’m able to use the product. For these reasons I’m raising my review from 2 to 4 stars. Initial Review I generally like stevia but this has an Overwhelming stevia/artificial taste that lingers and Distracts you so much you can barely taste the chocolate. It also doesn’t mix that well in cold liquid. When trying to fix it in a blender (for about 5 seconds) it becomes very frothy. I’ll probably throw this out. I will not buy again & do not recommend. Only giving 2 stars because of its clean ingredients and healthy nutritional profile.

Great protein power I like to have it with milk. It doesn’t make me feel bloated as compared to other protein powders. And Iove this company, also using their casein+

Chocolate taste was good, but the stevia has a weird aftertaste to me. And I was diluting it with other whey to reduce the sweetness. And turns out I am one of those with gastrointestinal sensitivity to stevia. So not a fan of this product.

It doesn’t blend well in a shaker cup it has to be blended in a blender. The chocolate flavor is really good! It doesn’t bother my stomach like some proteins do.

The best protein I’ve tried by far

Chocolate fudge is true to taste.

I love everything about the purity and grass fed etc. But wow the taste is brutal. Fake chocolate taste, even if I mix in cocoa powder by the heaping spoonful it still tastes bad. Why didnt they just use plain cocoa powder and one fifth the Stevia? and it would be so much better.

I’ll never understand why protein powders have to be so sweet when there artificial sweetener involved. I won’t be repurchasing

The product tastes great however I find the price is a bit high for the amount you get. Mixes well and has good protein content.
