Hair mask
I would recommend this product for thick and curly hair, especially since it can be dry often. This mask has helped keep the ends of my hair healthy and hydrated. It is a thick consistency and slightly grainy, and I usually it run it through my hair when is damp and let it sit for a bit before washing out. The smell is lovely too and quite powerful.

Shea Moistire for the win
I love, love LOVE all the Shea Moisture products. They are perfect for The Curly Girl method and I've bought loads over the years. This was my first try with the protein mask. It's MUCH thicker than I'd have expected, but it means it goes a long way. My hair always feels much softer after using this, and despite it being mainly a protein mask, it's also very moisturising :)

God tier product
I only wash my waist-hip length 2b wavy hair once or twice a week so I use this every wash. I leave it on my freshly shampooed & wringed out hair for about 10-15 minutes and after rinsing it out my hair is so beautifully soft and silky. I haven't used any other protein/conditioning mask that's been so good for my hair before.

Lovely deep conditioner
This was bought on the back of a YouTube video promoting the product stating it was like olaplex at half the price.......... Granted it is lovely for curly hair in particular, but smells great but its just not AS good as Olaplex

Good for curls
My hair 2a/b loves this, makes my waves lovely and hair looks nourished and healthy. Sons hair 4a also loves hair Not as good as Olaplex but also much cheaper. Great alternative on a budget
