Farberware Nonstick Bakeware Angel Food Baking Pan / Angel Food Cake Pan, Round - 10 Inch, Gray

This angel food pan works perfectly. I tried it out shortly after receiving it. The metal seems to be sturdy and high quality, and the no-stick coating allowed the cake to detach nicely. It also gave my angel food cake an even golden tone without burning the sides.

Big as I like thought it was all one price and not with the take out part

I am totally happy with the performance of this product! I read some of the reviews stating that had mentioned leaking. So, I placed a sheet pan underneath just in case. But, I did not need it and it did not leak! And for anyone that knows anything about angel food cake know you need it to come in two pieces anyways!

I got this to bake an impossible cake, which is half flan, half cake... on the description does not mention the bottom is removable (loose actually) and couldnt use it since the flan mix is liquid and it will be leaking out. I don't think this issue would be for cake mix though. I was just dissapointed it was a two piece instead of one, but quality is great.

I like this pan. It is easy to clean, which is always a plus. It really is non stick, not like some other nonstick pans where you still have to pry a lot of stuff off of it. It is pretty big and would be great for a sponge cake. It comes apart (the center cone is removable), which is great for cleaning and storage. All in all it is a pretty good pan. It handles the heat well and helps protect against that extra cooked-yness that you sometimes get when you have to bake things for a long time.

Great heavy weight pan! When making an angel food cake the directions tell you to turn the pan upside down over a glass bottle to cool. None of my bottles were small enough to do this. I ended up just turning it on it's side to cool and it worked out just fine. I highly recommend this pan from Farberware!

I sent this as a gift to a friend looking for a one piece angelfood cake pan. There is nothing in the description telling you it has a removable insert which is why I sent it to her. What a disapointment. They should revise the description to include the fact that it is a two piece pan

This is my second Farbarware 10-inch two-part cake pan. My previous identical cake pan lasted eight years. I love that it is two parts. You can pull-up-and-out the center "with cake" and serve without having to turn the cake upside down to remove it from the pan. Very pleased with product.
