Good and verbose
A dry read with lots of redundant information. Still useful nonetheless.

OK
Book was new but arrived with cover creased and corners dented. Fine otherwise.

Don’t Bother – Not Used in Class
I got this book because my professor listed it as a required textbook for the class. But after that, it was never mentioned or referenced again, so I didn’t end up reading it. Just leaving this review for anyone taking the same class — you probably won’t need it.

This is not a new book
I bought this book because it was sold as a "NEW" book. I was disappointed when I had the book on my hand. The scratches on the cover are immediately noticeable. Nothing about the scratches on the cover was mentioned on the webpage.

Explains all HCI concepts clear, with good amount of examples, definitely a pleasure to read.

I didn’t like the huge Magdalene college library sticker on the cover. If i knew, i would have ordered from somewhere else.

Un libro muy completo de diseño de la interacción de sistemas informáticos. Una versión muy actualizada que se complementa con el material que tienen publicado en la web

This book is a comprehensive guide to interaction design, perfect for anyone working in the field or aspiring to do so. It's packed with information on everything from agile and lean UX design to data at scale and features interviews with well-known industry professionals. If you're not a technical person, this book still provides valuable insights into the design process and what goes into making a great user experience. Although I have not visited the website, it provides supplementary resources for each chapter. As a designer, this book is an invaluable resource and one I will continue to refer to again and again. 5 stars!

This is a comprehensive and detailed textbook that's easy to use as a reference—it has a proper index and table of contents. I really liked the chapter on prototyping—practical stuff. It's good for designers at all levels—students, managers and practitioners. It's particularly handy for solo designers to brush up on UI concepts and to help explain them to colleagues. Like other textbooks, the book design is a little unappealling—floppy, shiny pages and a grotty cover. But you can get over that.
