Surprisingly good. More than two additional wedges is overkill though, not many shoes will accommodate the stack being that high and your foot. My big ankle highs could take main pad and two wedges max and they are very spacious and lace up. They do not provide any instep support when getting higher which is a bit of an issue, being soft and comfortable means less stability and hurts feet faster. Is comfortable at a sensible height! Works very well and easy to put in shoes. No need to overkill on the max wedge's like I did ..you don't need them. They do the job! But do compress quite a lot.

Like others have mentioned - these are very narrow. Your feet with hang from both ends, getting sore and blistered. Unlike most shoe insoles that are wide, with trim lines, these are a fixed size which is inadequate for size 9. While they say they can fit shoes between size 3 and 9.5, the width is more relevant to size 3 than 9.5. Therefore, expect these to be completely useless and uncomfortable.

These are a replacement for shoes and inner soles that have worn out. Hard wearing shoes and inner soles. Good value for money.

Item came as described, easy to cut to size, doesn't say L or R on them so have to see which side is which, size guide on them is US and goes upto 9.5 which for UK is 8.5 or EU 43.5 size, very comfy and easy to change height with the extra pieces, gave it 4 stars as the main sole pieces are different heights, there is a little difference in the thick rubber material at the back of the main sole so not perfect cut by manufacturer Which I'm not that fussed about but some people might be.

Malas no lo siguente...de verdad no aconsejo a nadie que las compre son horrorosas...poniendo solo la plantilla (sin ninguna elevacion ) se sale el tobillo de cualquier zapatillas hasta de las botas fatal ...no las recomiendo en absoluto👎👎👎
