Overall like the material and heaviness to the material. Feels like it is sturdy and good quality material. Have reached out to the company to get 28" waterline ordered as it came with a 30" and is too long. Its nice to have a contact to help with additional pieces to make sure the quality of the product and be installed and function properly. I really like this about the company.

I bought bolts and washers and nuts to anchor it to the subfloor rather than the expansion hardware they include and would suggest doing the same for a more sturdy mounting. Fixture met expectations. Flow rate is adequate but slightly slower than what we had before so it takes a little longer to fill tub than we were used to.

Nice product, sturdy built and easy to put together. I did have a problem with the cold water line and called Artiqua customer service and they are sending me a new cold and hot water line at no charge and no shipping cost. The company is great to deal with if there is a problem.

Water flow is very weak. Sprayer water flow is strong. This faucet is very tall, make sure you do your measurements againt the tub you are installing.
