26" Diameter Elastic Band Fishing Headwear

UPDATE: Had occasion to use this since the weather is so wacky and it rained. Works fine, except I had a problem with it staying on my head because it was on my hair, which made it slip up when I moved and fell off a couple times. I think it would work better for someone with either very short hair or no hair, because the fact that it sits on hair, which is slippery, is what makes it slide up and off. Maybe a bald head or a buzz cut that leaves very little hair would hold it on better? Other styles have the added benefit of some kind of ribbon or ties of some kind that you tie under your chin to keep that from happening. If you don't want this thing to slip off your head, get one with ties, or sew some on yourself. As for the diameter, it was ok for me. Just be careful gong thru doorways! I feel if it was a larger diameter, though, it might feel heavier, the wind would be able to affect it more, etc. Guess you'd have to try different diameters to see which is best, but this works for me (except for the sliding) Took one star off for sturdiness because don't know how it will actually hold up with wear and weather. Fabric seems good. Not really thin or crappy. Seems like regular umbrella fabric. Sewn well. No poking ribs or anything. It's really a crap shoot with this kind of thing - you can get one that's sewn badly, fabric is crappy, metal breaks, etc. Then you get a really good one where nothing is wrong with it. You just never know. This fits nicely and it's comfortable. Haven't had occasion to wear it for any length of time. Springtime and summer is when it would be getting the first use, so have to wait until then. Seems it may be a little short in the diameter area, as it doesn't cover the shoulders. So if that's what someone would want, to keep the sun off their shoulders and back of the neck between the shoulders, you'd have to get one that's a larger diameter. But this may work, at least for me. Won't know until spring/summer.

I bought this for a joke for my sister-in-law, but it turns out that it was a awesome idea! I want one of these! It comes out big enough that your face is really covered in the sun. It’s better made than the other ones that I’ve seen and it’s not heavy. They need to make the strap a little more adjustable on it, but otherwise, it was a great present!

Use while walking dog in hot sun or rain and hands free. Also kayaking keeps me in shade while hands free for paddling. But stitching on headband came apart and I had to stitch all four head braces to elastic. Then great again.

This item did exactly what it was suppose to do. It kept the sun from my face/eyes. In the short time that I had it, one of the arms to help with opening it, broke. It would still open correctly but the one arm would poke me in the back of my head. So it made me uncomfortable and I stopped wearing it.

Lots of quality no surprises looks and feels fine may order more for friends like me who run for the car

Having skin cancer and being required to be outside all day for your school's Game Day, this really came in handy. Although I looked very silly, it served the purpose of keeping shaded from the sun. Somebody else must have really needed one, because I took mine to school to be ready and someone STOLE it from me. Left in The faculty lounge and someone took it. I had to buy another one. Thank God for Amazon Prime!😊😊

I was very pleased with the hat. I bought it for my mailman (actually mail lady). She has been trying to carry an umbrella with her on her route so this came in very handy. She loves it and wears it everyday. She said she has had many compliments and they want to know where she got it. Some have even offered to buy it from her. Overall a great product!

This was a great prank for an older brother! Well worth it!
