this is a 5 star according to my two dogs... they say these are great and don't try and take them back because, they're not giving them up... only joking... my dogs do like these and along with trying to play tug with me with them, they enjoy chewing on them for long periods of time... my dogs are pit/lab & bull dog/boxer... and they love to chew... hope this helps...

I like that this chew isn't as hard or brittle as some others, but my pups don't seem overly interested in it. I keep it stored away and just bring it out as a break from their other toys on occasion.

I purchased this product due to previous experience with toys from this company. I was hoping this would be good for my almost 11 year old Boxer Mix and his old teeth, but unfortunately it is too hard for him. Very glad he spits out the small pieces he chews off.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RUFF BONES (by Ruff Dawg) and ASTRO BONES. Astro Bones are excellent, my Labs love them and they last a relatively good amount of time. Ruff Bones are cheap and fall apart immediately (and the little pieces of plastic are dangerous). Amazon is labeling this product as Astro Bone on their site, but they are actually shipping Ruff Bone. I have written to both companies asking them to do a better job of representing the 2 different products more accurately. I would give 5 stars to Astro Bone. I will never let my dogs have Ruff Bones.

My dog is obsessed with this bone and chews it every day.

My dog chewed this bone very quickly. It is not as durable as Astro bones. Too expensive for the amount of time that my dog had it for.
