Great top and base coat
Great base and top coat . I have been using it for years . I usually use it as a base coat. Holds up really well

This is an awesome performer!! I paint my own fingernails every Saturday. I have forever used nailtiques formula 2 which is a great product but 3 times the price of this. ORLY top2bottom performs the same way and is my new fave bar none and my new go-to!!! It’s a fantastic bonder base coat as well as an awesome finisher/topcoat. It prevents chips and preserves my manicure for a week plus. 100% happy with this product’s stamina and price!!

Dries FAST … Clear.. Salon Looking Finish
This Orly Top2Bottom Base coat Top Coat is a new product to me. I’ve used and trusted ORLY Products for years but they quit making my polish. This is 1/3 the price of my previous product. Though I was skeptical due to the Affordability, I’m happy to say I’m Pleasantly Surprised! This ORLY Top Bottom Coat is GREAT! Dries Super Fast.. clear crisp .. hard as a rock and no bubbles. It’s also cost effective at $8 for .6 oz. (Twice as much polish as my others) I can type on my computer all day long. No chips no mars. Nothing! (I have short nails.) 1st… I use the ORLY BOTTOM TOP COAT then… I use SALLY HANSEN Insta Dri #493 Midnight Drive, 2 coats. Then…. I top it with the ORLY TOP2BOTTOM BaseCoat TopCoat. It shines and sheens like I just left the salon. And Durable… It lasts 7-10 days on average.

A fitter lacquer. Good base and topcoat.
A thinner base and topcoat. Dries quickly. Not a high shine topcoat but seals well. A good brush but doesn't touch the bottom to get all out.

Works great with nail wraps
I use this with my Lily and Fox nail wraps and it’s excellent! I put on a base coat, let it dry, then add the nail wraps and finish them off with two coats of Top2Bottom. My nails will last up to 2 weeks. Fabulous!
