Love this for my at home garage gym!! Only comes with five though so I would need to get more to make it even but for my small pitch it was good! Dropped weights on it did burpees on it! Both good!!

On one hand, these mats are not tough enough for moderate gym use (dropped a light, maybe 10 lb, rubber dumbbell from less than a foot) and heard the concrete take the impact. On the other hand, they are too expensive for light gym use (a cheaper mat for yoga, aerobics, and/or larger and more stable workout equipment would probably suffice). If the mat were a little stronger and able to protect the floor from moderate, accidental impact, or if the mat were a little cheaper to better suit its actual use and capabilities, then it might be acceptable. As things are now, purchasers are better off spending their money on either a better quality mat or a cheaper, more appropriate mat.

Mat quality and thickness is excellent .. however it is tedious and you’re going to endure finger pain to get the interlocks all connected properly ..

We put this in our garage (10 pieces). Overall, it's really nice to walk on and workout on. Sturdy, sufficiently grippy, and much softer than the concrete garage floor. Smells for a while - we left it outside for a couple of days first. It would be 5 stars but not all the panels don't fit perfectly flatly/the seam is exposed - it's not a tripping problem, but it is kind of annoying. Overall, we recommend it and even bought more.

These aren’t for dropping weights on! These are for absorbing body weight through activity. Use them appropriately and they are perfect.

These are a God send for my feet when working long hours in the shop. Easy to assemble, good cushion for the feet.
