I purchased the 850W PSU in January, and it failed in June. NZXT honored their warranty and replaced it with an upgraded PSU, which failed the moment I turned it on (I was on the phone with NZXT installing it when it happened). They found another 850W and sent that to me, but that failed a month later. Complete shutdown, and it try to start up again, and shutdown, over and over again.Try to isolate the problem, by unplugging each component (HD's, USB etc.). Finally took the NZXT out, swap in my old Antec PSU, everything works great...AS IT SHOULD BE!.Keep in mind, all of this is a pain and complete waste of time. Since I've done a complete wire organization in my rig. All of that time and efforts....Taking my refund and going to Corsair or Thermaltake.
