PURRFECT PETPLAY *by M***N on February 10, 2018* I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book. Very kinky. Amazing pet play. Definitely not for you vanilla people just dipping your toes into the water. This is an absolutely incredible book. I almost want to ask my partner to read it and take notes!!! No rape however definitely mental manipulation that leads to consent. Lovely charismatic yet ‘asshole-ish’ master/sir character (Devin). ACTUALLY RELATIVELY REALISTIC!! I have this HUGE pet-peeve for unrealistic kidnap/Stockholm syndrome books. THIS book was realistic. Kara is a thought out character, despite us only getting to see a few sides of her. If I had a complaint, it would be that I wanted Kara to be more well-rounded, but when your kidnapped, locked in a cage, and just after dealing with trauma related to your mysterious and dead brother… well, I guess there isn’t a whole lot going on inside you besides those things. This is definitely my favorite BDSM/Dark Erotica book thus far.
