I have tried it out for a while now and it has helped my posture immensely. I have had problems with my back and this is allowing it to improve. It is so easy to adjust to my size using the straps and most importantly, it is very comfortable on the back with spine cushion. I was worried that I may not like the feeling of it on me, however, I haven't had any problems. The belt arrived the next day which is a bonus as I was able to use it straight away. We have tried many other brands until we found the perfect one. We can adjust the straps to fit perfectly, very comfortable to wear at work, gym and every day.My muscles were sore after wearing it for just a half hour. So I do believe it works-if you wear it. I was kind of dreading wearing it after that but decided to plan on wearing it while I worked on the computer, breastfeeding and made dinner. I think just twice a day for a decent chunk of time is enough to help train your body/muscles to the correct posture.It was ok to compromise because the price was right. It's very easy to use and I'm happy with the improvements I've had thus far. My husband loves it, and he bought his own as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Well made but runs small *by M***R on March 10, 2019* This company was wonderful when I needed to return my first purchase. (The item was ordered according to the size chart but it was too small) It shipped back for free. I ordered the next size larger and unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size. Back it went. I finally received the size I ordered. Now to the description. The item is very well made. The elastic is the best . I have ordered back supports from other companies, but this one is very well made and does provide the support I needed. The only problem which I have experienced with it is that it rubs a lot in the front of my shoulders making it a bit uncomfortable. Nice product.
