how to wire this product

It's wired internally common ground, both switches are Normally Open.

Momentary Contacts, correct? it is spring loaded to a neutral (Open) position.

Not an expert at these, but I believe that is correct. Once wired it requires you to push and hold the button for up and down. I installed it on a Grainger Dayton electric hoist and it works great. Looks to be the exact same make/model/manufacturer that Dayton uses and it was $200 cheaper, so you really can’t lose. Hope this helps.
