The MCS 109950 Multi-Code and Stanley-compatible gate receiver can operate from 12 to 30 volts AC or 10.5 volts DC. The relay contacts are rated at 30 VAC/DC up to 5 amps. This receiver supports transmitters that use 300 MHz Multi-Code format and Stanley 310 MHz transmitters. With up to 1,024 possible codes, set via DIP switches, this receiver is extremely secure and resistant to tampering. The frequency of some of these comercial gates are not compatible with the car Home Link remote, but this solves the problem. Works great but I wish the range was longer. Works great with Home Link remote
Installed with an Eagle gate that was not compatible with the Home link remote on my car. The frequency of some of these comercial gates are not compatible with the car Home Link remote, but this solves the problem. Works great but I wish the range was longer. You really have to be on the door for it to work. In any case it beats having an extra remote at the car. Very easy to install, a 5 minute job.

Perfect Replacement!

It works
Bought this to replace the unit already in our gate controller and finally we seem to have a gate that opens reliably. Don't know if the original was faulty or what, but this has fixed the problem.

Easy to replace
Our gate opener receiver was hit by lightning so I ordered this to replace it. It was easy to program and install to replace the old one and much cheaper than calling a gate repair company.

replaced an old unit so wiring was not an issue, added an antenna. I can open gate so far from about 200' likin' it so far.

Great Replacement
Replaced the original receiver. 5 minute job. Took longer to remove the cover than replace the receiver. Exact replacement for original unit on the DKS unit.

Change out like for like.
Receiver works great. I thought it came with the antenna. When I opened the box it came in, I had a receiver and an extension cable. I had to check the package the box came in to see if it was thrown in there. No antenna, the pictures showing the product shows the antenna like it is included.
