These are capsules! They are not tablets, are they? The label says capsules

The ones I bought say "tablets" and they are tablets. If it says "capsules", I would assume they are capsules. However, you could look up (on the internet) the company and call their 1-800 number and ask.

The capsules are somewhere between small and large in size. They are easy to swallow.

How much caffeine does this product contain?

300 mg as labeled. it is not the same as caffeine from coffee. non stimulating, does not increase blood pressure.
